We didn't bother to wake Gunnar for the occasion. I didn't go to the ceremony, instead I said goodbye in the parking lot, to me the ceremony & watching him get on a bus makes 'goodbye' worse. These first few days are the hardest, but we are trying to stay strong. We love you Kyle, and will be praying for you. We already miss you!

Our prayers are with you and yours. We all love that big kid and he knows it. He will be well taken care of while he is deployed and be safely returned to you. Remember that this crew will be there anytime the need arises.

Can't write what I want to! I'm at work and everyone is looking at me like I've lost my mind! I guess that isn't really funny anymore! Dad and I can't believe how strong you are! We love you and we are praying for the 3 of you!
