Today we got up fairly early and left for the Black Forest. It was beautiful, and overall we had a pretty good day, just a lot of driving. We ended up just walking away with pictures, no cuckoo clocks and no black forest cake. I guess we will have to go back! We went and spent most of our time in Triberg, where we got to check out the Gutach River waterfall.

Thanks Junior for hanging out with us, taking all the pictures, and for listening to Gunnar scream in the car with a smile on your face! (Gunnar hates car rides, I am hoping he likes plane rides a little more or it is going to be a very long 10 hour flight!)
