10.10.10

Today was pretty much just another day in the lives of the Pettit family. Gunnar woke up at 6:30, at which time I gave both little boys a bath (which isn't normal, this usually happens in the evenings). After getting them both dressed and ready for church we climbed back into bed and watched some Veggie Tales and ate bananas. I then handed Ryker to a still sleeping Kyle and went and fed Gunnar a real breakfast around 8:30. I then showered and like always we were behind, but headed out the door for church despite being 10 minutes late.
After church we had a family naptime. We all got to sleep from about 11-1:30. We then ate a late lunch of macaroni and cheese. Around 3pm we took a walk to the park. There we played and had a great time. We got home around 5 at which point I made dinner, fed Ryker, we all ate dinner (expect Gunnar who is currently on strike from eating), and then Gunnar went to bed. Now, I blog while I enjoy dessert, will do a little homework, then I will do the dishes, sort the masses amount of laundry for tomorrow, and then head to bed. I am hoping to have it all done before 9!
So, not an exciting way to spend 10.10.10, but it nice to be with my great family and spend quality time with them all. Now for a massive picture parade...
Apparently when you are being naughty attempting to climb onto the kitchen table, then fall and hit your mouth on the table you are rewarded with a popsicle in our house.  But he's cute, so how can you not give the poor kid a popsicle.

Walking to the park with our awesome stroller, that I am still in love with.
This is what one of us did when we first arrived at the park.
While big brother was having a good ol' time.
Ryker couldn't let Gunnar have all the fun, so he woke up and enjoyed the fall sunshine.
I sure do love this sweet little boy.
I love these two boys too!
While at the park Ryker enjoyed some tummy time, next to dad and brother.
Gunnar showing him how its done.
Careful, someone might fall asleep boys.
Ryker's reward for all the fun during tummy time...a kiss.
Gunnar not only played hard while at the park, but he also...
Took a little rest.
And pooped....TWICE!
I sure do love my family and look forward to having many more fun days with them.
*UPDATE: It is 9:25, and I finished blogging and homework (and my dessert, and maybe some extra cookies), no laundry sorting or dishes. Dirty dished and laundry are all going to have to wait until tomorrow, I am calling it a day! I would like to thank Columbus for giving us a day off so I can do some tidying up around here.

Thanks for the pictures! I'm sure I will spend much time this week studying them! 14 DAYS . . . but who is counting!
