It's a....

GIRL.
This girl better be ready to play some Ninja Turtles, her brothers are looking for their final member. Bows, flowers, and tiara's will be optional.
Honestly, it is quite shocking. The ultrasound tech ask us what we thought we were having and we both answered without hesitation, "boy. "
When she said "it's a girl" I think we both were in a little shock. We didn't say a word. It's not that we aren't excited, it's just not what we thought or had really planned on. We love our boys and had no problems having a forth boy.
When we got out into the waiting room I ask Kyle what he was thinking, because I could tell something was wrong. He told me he was concerned, "a girl" he said as he shook his head. He told me he's worried about periods, boys, modesty, and her wedding. "Her wedding?" I ask. He said "I'll cry at her wedding."
He also said that before we went in he was talking to God and ask, "so are you going to make this easy on me and give me another boy, or hard?" He said God gave him his answer.
On the way home we had the radio on a Christian talk show. The subject..."raising Christian girls in today's society." I had to chuckle, it was perfect, and really let Kyle know that a lot Christian Dad's have the same concerns.
I think it's sweet his concerns and I have a feeling this little girl will have him wrapped around his finger.
This is one lucky little girl, three big brothers and one great dad!
Now to figure out and agree on a name!
