Slacker

I have been a real slacker when it comes to blogging lately. Well, if you ask Kyle and Gunnar they would probably inform you I have been a slacker when it comes to just about everything lately.

Despite my poor blogging efforts we are all doing okay. Kyle went back to work today, which isn't fun for anyone. I have to drive him because his right foot is the one broken. So at 5:45 I have to load Gunnar up in the car and get Kyle off to work. Gunnar and I bundle up and sit in the car and wait until Kyle is done with PT to bring him home to change his clothes, then take back to work. It isn't fun, but we are managing. I am hoping Gunnar doesn't think that 5:45 is his new wake-up time, as he has finally been sleeping from about 8:30pm-8:00am, and I like that!
Kyle went back to the doctor on Monday and we found out that he could be looking at another surgery. Part of his leg is still broken. They are hoping that it fixes itself before his next appointment Feb. 19th. If it does not he will need surgery. Another surgery means no deployment, but in the same regard we want his leg to be fixed. Kyle is hoping his leg does not heal itself. What a strange thing to hope for...surgery.
